For over 20 years I have "lived" quality management and have dealt with many requirements. From time to time I have found myself doing something simply for the auditor. "What does the customer get out of it?", my companions asked me, and in fact I didn't always have a suitable answer for it. With a background in business administration and later in occupational and organizational psychology, I always wanted to understand what the most efficient and beneficial solution would be for everyone involved. I learned a lot and understood a lot. I would like to share this experience with you, because that truly motivates me!
